Food, Food, and more Food. I'm tired of thinking about FOOD!
New Menu
Meal 1: 1 hardboiled egg
6 saltine crackers
1 container of applesauce with honey drizzled in
Meal 2: 1 cup fat free milk
1 scoop Apex High Performance Meal Replacement
Meal 3: 2 pieces of bread
3 tsps creamy peanut butter
4 tsps jelly
Meal 4: 1 cup fat free milk
1 scoop Apex High Performance Meal Replacement
Meal 5: 2 pieces of bread
2 tblsp fat free mayo
1 small container of tuna
Meal 5 can also be substituted for a Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones...No Healthy Choice for me...the "green box", as I like to call it, is just too gross for me.
I have this advanced training thing going on, too. Designed to build the maximum amount of muscle in 4 weeks to help you continue burning fat when you go to a "lesser" workout. It's four days of weights:
1. Legs
2. Back/Shoulders/Chest - Pull
3. Back/Shoulders/Chest - Push
4. Arms
And, of course, 30 - 45 minutes of cardio. On the upper body days I always do cardio firts, but on the leg days when I know my legs might give out, I do the cardio second.
We'll see...
