I ate like a champ.

I'm trying to get back on my health kick. Trying to get back to the person who read labels and shunned pizza buffets. Making it to the gym has proven to be the hardest part, but today...I was proud of myself. I ate exactly like I was supposed to:

Meal 1:
2 cups of Kellog's Flake thing cereal (can you believe I just forgot the name of the damn cereal???!!!)
1 1/2 cups of skim milk

Meal 2:
1 cup of water
1 scoop High Performance Meal Replacement

Meal 3:
1 croissant
3 oz of ham
1 cup OJ

Meal 4:
2 peaches

Meal 5:
Lean Cuisine - Chicken Enchilada Suiza

Meal3 was actually supposed to be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but the crossanwich looked so good, and ulitmately with everything else I ate it wasn't bad. Just gotta keep it up.

Believe me, your body does work much better when you eat right, everything works better...everything!
