Even if it's crap, I'm going to write it down . . .

So far today I've eaten:

1 bagel
less than a tblsp of light plain cream cheese
1 cup coffee
1/2 cup skim milk

I'm not sure what the rest of the day holds, but I'm also trying to quit smoking today. That usually makes me eat more. Going to the gym is not really an option for the rest of the week, well, maybe Saturday, but I will be in there on Monday with bells on my toes!
