Doin' OK

Not so bad this weekend. I did end up at a pizza buffet at some point, but even though I haven't been eating all that great, it's still probably 10 times better than I have been eating. I didn't make it to the gym at all since Wednesday, but tomorrow morning Ray Ray will be kicking me into shape!

Meal 1: 1/2 Everything bagel 168
1tsp light plain cream cheese 20
16oz coffee 20
1/4 cup half and half ??

Meal 2: 1 stick of string cheese 80

Meal 3: 1 container chicken soup 130
30 organic cheese crackers 140
1 stick of string cheese 80
1 can Diet Mug Root Beer

Meal 4: 3 dunkin sticks 490

Meal 5: Lean Cuisine
Chicken Carbonara 240

Meal 6: Turkey Pot Pie 370

I would have been so golden without those two things!!! Even with adding in an orange or yogurt for a snack. But, no, my inner fat kid screamed for food...comforting food...and I gave in. Still not too bad compared to what I have been doing.

Givin' it another shot.

Worked out for an hour with Ray Ray today. I forgot to bring my book in to write down my workout, but I did full body today. Almost died doing step-ups to balance on an aerobic stair stepper with four lifts and two 20lb dumbells. I couldn't breathe. I actually stopped at one point and said, "I can't do this!" And I meant it...it wasn't just whining. I was so completely exhausted. I just kept looking forward, focusing on one tiny thing, and Ray Ray kept his hand on my back to balance me, and I made it through. I felt really weak...mostly weak minded. I just really want to feel strong again. Feeling physically strong helped me so much on feeling emotionally strong as well. I want that back, and I'll only be able to get it by working hard. Not being lazy. Gettin' it done.

Meal 1: 1/2 Everything Bagel
1 tsp light plain cream cheese
16oz coffee
1/4 cup half and half

Meal 2: 1 container of "drinkable" clam chowder soup
30 organic cheese crackers

Meal 3: Souper Salad (I shouldn't have had the strawberry shortcake!!!)

Meal 4: 2 sticks of string cheese

I've worked out a new meal plan. It's the first time I've done it all on my own. Most of it is very pre-packaged and disposable, but that's what works best for my life style. Grab and go...no dishes. I haven't put it completely together, and didn't follow it that well today. Tomorrow I'll go through and write it up complete with all the calories so I can make sure I'm staying between 1200 and 1500.
