I did it...

Two days in a row. My legs were killing me from my workout with Ray Ray the Killer yesterday, but I forced myself to do 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill today. I might need a wheelchair tomorrow. I've been really, really well. Except for all that damn mayo the Cafe at my work put on my sandwich. Oh, well, off to eat a baked potato and salad.

Oh, Ray Ray, how I miss thee...

...NOT. I was destroyed in the gym today. Almost had to leave with a toe tag. BUT, I feel great. I can't walk...but I feel great!

5 million things...

I had that many things to do yesterday and I skipped the gym. I also ate Chik-fil-a and a sugar cookie. But other than that I've done awesome on my diet this week. Going back to the gym today. I bought three different kinds of band-aids. Let's hope one of them works on my blister.

Day 1

Ate perfectly.

30 minutes of treadmill cardio.

Have a blister now.

Those 30 minutes feel measly right now, but I know it won't if I keep it up.

I so want to make it into the gym today. Just for 30 minutes. Even for 20. Please let me find strength to do this today!
