I don't believe in God, so I have no one but myself to ask for help, and unfortunately I don't ever listen to myself
I'm having the hardest time in the world getting back in the swing of working out and eating right. I did do 20 minutes of cardio on the stairmaster yesterday, and then promised myself I would do weights today. Didn't work out though. I just can't get motivated or something. I miss my trainer like crazy!
I can't wait until my sister moves here so I can have a workout buddy.

Not So Great Start Part III
I was busy all weekend meeting a new boy. Now this week I'm sick. I can't work out when I'm sick, and I can barely eat. But I will, I will, I will get back to this someday soon!!!
